Awesome tool for a small marketing agency

As a small marketing agency, we are very happy with Vista Social. It's easy to use and intuitive, with a lot of useful updates and quick responses on tickets. I enjoy an AppSumo Tier 3 subscription and we're planning to keep using Vista Social.

Best deal I've bought

I've bought quite a few products on AppSumo, and most are generally good, but this is one of the first and best purchasing decisions I've made. It's been wonderful watching Vista Social grow into a powerhouse social media management tool. I doubt it will ever return to AppSumo given its success.

None have evolved as remarkably as Vista Social

Vista Social is just awesome! Around the same time I purchased it, there were several other social media management lifetime deals on sale. I ended up getting a few of them too, but none have developed and evolved as remarkably as Vista Social!

Skeptical at first — it does everything it says and more

I was initially skeptical based on poor reviews but purchased anyway. The tool does everything it says it does and more. Of the social media managers I've tried, it's by far the best one.

Actionable social media reports are a breeze

Creating actionable social media reports with Vista Social is a breeze. The platform provides data-driven insights on my social media strategy.

One word: amazing

One word: AMAZING! It works without any bugs, the tool is fast and has everything I need to run my social media accounts.

Timesaver and convenience

It is very helpful with the consolidated inbox — having Google My Business (with the ability to reply to reviews), Facebook, Instagram DMs, and more in one place. Now with a Mac app, it is even more convenient. The UI needs improvement, though, and I'd love the main sidebar and profile sidebars to be sticky.

Promising — extremely fast interface

The interface is easy to use and extremely fast, making it a huge time saver.

I am very impressed with this software. It is one of my favorite buys. As you can see I have bought well over 100 software applications this year and this is one of my top 3 tools.

Even a bit better than FeedHive

I think it is an amazing app, even a bit better than FeedHive which I previously got and which is really fantastic, too.

Tier 3 is now nearly identical to Tier 2 due to retroactive caps

I purchased Tier 3 specifically for the unlimited posting on 50 accounts. Vista Social has since retroactively applied a fair-use limit of 3,100 posts per month, which effectively kills the unlimited value of Tier 3. Vista Social was easily my best AppSumo purchase — the one gem that made up for all the other lifetime deals. Unfortunately, that's no longer the case for Tier 3 users. Support's response was to upsell me or offer a refund and close my account.

Significant change to lifetime deal — X access removed

I purchased the lifetime deal in November 2023 to manage two accounts across roughly ten platforms, with X as my primary. Full access including X was included at purchase; X access was later removed and is now only a $29 add-on. I contacted support to request restoration or an appropriate resolution, but did not receive a satisfactory outcome. The company has not honored the original terms of the lifetime deal it offered to early buyers.
