Seems great so far

I'm not sure what the negative reviews are about because I haven't had any issues so far. I'll update if I do, but so far it's been fast, beautiful, and intuitive.

Desktop has far more features than mobile

The desktop version has more features than the mobile app, which lacks access to pages and other necessary features.

Bug? Can no longer save media to camera roll

My team sends Meta story posts to my phone to publish. I used to be able to directly open them from the Vista Social app into Instagram, then that stopped working. So I shifted to saving the media to my camera roll, copying the text, and posting the story — but now that no longer works either. My phone and app are both updated. The in-browser experience is great, but the experience in the app is going downhill.

No iPad support, and TikTok uploads fail

Lack of native iPad support is disappointing. TikToks also fail to upload for me, even though the same video not only can get uploaded via the website for Vista Social, but also can be uploaded through the TikTok app itself.

Lost my account — and days waiting for support

I was happily paying $79 each month. Then one day my account suddenly disappeared and told me my free trial had ended — but I had never used a free trial; I was a paying customer the whole time. I spent days trying to get answers, with no phone number to call and emails taking several days for a reply. When I signed up again, all my linked social accounts were gone and I had to reconnect everything. I'm now looking at other options.

$79 monthly for a non-working mobile app is crazy to me

I like the desktop version but the mobile app has so many limitations. You can't schedule, set up automation, or do anything useful other than analytics. Why have an app with so many limitations? As a creator I am always on the go and having a functional app is key. I'm currently in the market looking for another option.

Hard to get support when things break

There's no phone number to call and emails take several days to answer. After content did not post as scheduled, five emails went unanswered for two weeks, and support rejected a request for credits as compensation.
